I am Grace! Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read more about me. I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. I have a BA in global studies, a Masters in Public Health, and professional experiences in a variety of fields. I spent my early twenties traveling, working my way through Europe and Asia, and learning as much as I could about myself and the world. I returned to Ohio to jump back into my studies and achieved a graduate degree, some great work experience, and a lot of time with friends and family.
These days, I am kicking it in the Rockies, where I currently reside and spend my days reading, writing, and working for a software company that helps hospitals and other facilities prevent water borne pathogens from hurting patients, employees, and the community in general. My interest in the role is fueled by my interest in developing innovative public health solutions and helping to make it easier for hospitals, nursing homes, etc. to be compliant with regulations that make the world healthier and safer.
I love to learn and to read. At the beginning of January, I set a goal to read 50 books over the course of the entire year…a little ambitious but that’s OK! Follow along if it pleases you to see what I am reading, tell me what you are reading, or to criticize me (if necessary) for losing steam on my goal! So far 1/50 down!
